THE MARKETING PLAN PRICING STRATEGY

We are not the highest or lowest priced. All competition in this area charges a similar price for products and materials. Our price on rolls and roller mills, compared to the competition outside this area, is a lot lower. We do not compete on price alone. We strive to be number one in quality, service, and value and strongly believe we are in that position. We have a very good relationship with our employees and constantly stress to them that since the customers are the ones that pay the bills it is very important that we take care of them and keep them satisfied.

POSITION STRATEGY

We let our customers know that we are on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week in case they have problems or need parts. We understand cattle eat everyday and feedyards cannot afford to have extended downtime, even over holidays and weekends. We always have employees, with pagers, on call after hours and weekends.

PEOPLE

We train employees to know as much about our company and its products and service as possible. We always feel comfortable knowing phone calls and service calls can and will be handled professionally.
