THE BUSINESS CONCEPT
R & R is unique in having the ability to service a feedyard's mill, sell them new parts, rebuild parts, or fabricate specific, hard to find equipment. This is helpful because many feedyards have mills that were manufactured by companies that are no longer in business or that no longer build that style of mill. Initially R & R only ground and corrugated rolls for feedyards but we've since expanded into hydraulic repair, gearbox repair, metal fabrication, new bearings and belt sales, new motor sales and the sale or repair of any type of flaker or cracker mill. Recently R & R started repairing pellet and hammer mills that are widely used by the hog feeding industry. R & R is also doing work in the industrial trade of soybean flaking.
The main goal at R & R is to always please our customers while taking pride in our work. R & R makes it a point to be sure and follow up with a customer after a service call to be sure they are pleased. We require employees to meet customers one-on-one and get to know them on a first name basis.
R & R has expanded our facilities by 100% to include state-of-the-art equipment in order to manufacture the quality roller mills and parts expected by our customers. The new machines and facilities have enabled R & R to continue to provide only the best while manufacturing products at a faster rate in order to keep up with demand.
